This premium product is an optimal blend of tinctures made from the following carefully selected herbs and other ingredients:

• Valerian
• Angelica

Preservative: Alcohol

Contra-indications: The use of this product whilst using any type of blood thinning medication is not advised. Do not use if allergic or have a sensitivity to any of the ingredients. Do not use during pregnancy or if breastfeeding.

Stop use immediately if any negative effects occur.

Stop use 14 days before undergoing any operation and inform your doctor of your herbal use.

Do not use continuously for more than 3 weeks (take a break of at least 5-7 days after the 3 week period before resuming use).

Always consult and/or inform your healthcare provider before using herbs, especially if you are on prescription medicine as there can be detrimental interaction.
