Delivery and Returns Policy

Shipments and returns

We offer three options (at checkout) for you to get your parcel:

1) Collection - Collect from our premises during office hours - Only after you have received notice that your order is ready for collection!. This option does not incur any extra costs to you.

2) Delivery 'Door-2-Door' with a courier service (Preferred option) - We use the services of The Courier Guy for deliveries countrywide. This service will incur extra costs to you which will be shown at checkout.

3) Pudo 'Door-2-Locker' - This service is also provided by The Courier Guy and is perfect for areas that we don't deliver to (as set out further below). This service will incur extra costs to you which will be shown at checkout.

 Important!

a) The Pudo locker service may only be used If you have 5 items or less in your cart! For 6 and more items, please collect from our premises or use the door-2-door courier service. Thank you.

b) Right below the the Pudo option is an empty 'commentary' block/box. Use this box to give us the location of your closest Pudo lockers where you would like to collect your parcel from. Once your order is delivered to the boxes, you will receive a notification to collect your order.

More important things to keep in mind when choosing a delivery option

  • We do not deliver to the following places: Agricultural Holdings/Plots, Farms, Military Bases, Shopping Centers and Chain Stores, Government departments/offices or parastatals e.g. power stations, or offices in high rise buildings.
  • PLEASE make sure that there are always someone present at the delivery address during the day to receive your parcel!
  • PLEASE group your items in one order. We can not group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
  • Parcels are almost always dispatched the next day (weekends and public holidays excluded) after receipt of order but we can not guarantee that.
  • Your parcel will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect the content e.g. bubble wrap, polystyrene etc.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products currently on offer on this website, we can not accept any returns. If, however, the wrong product (different from what you've ordered) has been delivered, please contact us on (087) 265 9594 or (072) 842 3506 and we will gladly assist you in getting the correct product.

This return policy will change over time as we add more products to our catalogue so please check back often to keep up to date.
