- Respiratory ailments such as asthma, bronchitis, colds, coughs, sinusitis, blocked nose and pneumonia

- Headaches

Application:

- Apply to chest, back and under feet

Do Not:

- eat

- apply to open wounds or face

- use during pregnancy
